Senior Business Development Executive

Compensation: Basic RM 4,000–RM 5,000 per month + commission & incentives

Role Summary

Drive revenue growth, deliver strong client and event presentations, and represent the brand on social channels. Must be fluent in BM & English and willing to travel for outstation trips.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end sales: prospect → demo/presentation → negotiate → close → follow-up

Present at events/roadshows and client meetings

Maintain pipeline & accurate CRM forecasts

Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and social media activation

Prepare proposals/quotations; coordinate with ops for delivery

Gather market intel and report insights

Location at Old Klang Road, with occasionally travelling to Bentong.

Requirements

Experience: 5–10 years sales (senior level) with proven targets hit

Presentation: strong public speaking & product demo skills

Languages: BM & English (spoken/written)

Digital: comfortable with LinkedIn/FB/IG/TikTok basics

Tools: CRM + Google Workspace/MS Office

Mobility: able to outstation; some evenings/weekends for events

Persona: self-driven, persuasive, organized
