Strategic Planning and Execution
1. Collaborate with the Regional Director to develop and implement business strategies that align with regional
and corporate objectives.
2. Identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve regional performance targets.
3. Provide insights and recommendations to support high-level decision-making.

Sales Leadership and Performance Tracking
1. Drive sales performance by setting clear objectives and monitoring progress across the region.
2. Analyze performance data and provide regular updates to the Regional Director, highlighting areas for
improvement.
3. Support branch teams in achieving sales targets by providing guidance and resources.

Partnership Development
1. Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and drive client acquisition.
2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
3. Represent the bank at industry events, fostering relationships with stakeholders and potential clients.

Operational Oversight and Coordination
1. Ensure smooth daily operations by addressing coordination and communication breakdowns between
branches, departments, and clients.
2. Act as a point of contact for operational issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain efficiency.
3. Support branches in implementing regional directives and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Client Relationship Management
1. Work closely with branch teams to improve client relationship management and service quality.
2. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
3. Monitor feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for service improvement.
