Reservation Officer

Location: Estadia Hotel, Jalan Merdeka Bandar Hilir, 75000 Melaka

Job Scope:

  • Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Ensure accurate booking entries and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
  • Promote room packages and assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping on guest arrivals and special requests.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with all guests.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
