About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Intern to join our team at Pasaraya Yee Seet Fear, a fast - growing FMCG retailer and wholesaler in Ipoh, Perak. As a Retail Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of retail operations, customer service, and merchandising. This is a full-time position based in our HQ.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the daily operations of our online retail store, including customer service, product listing, and order fulfillment.
  • Developing an understanding of retail best practices and strategies
  • Participating in inventory management and tracking
  • Providing support to the sales and marketing team as needed
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve the overall customer experience
  • Gaining exposure to various aspects of the retail industry
