Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing, eager to learn the latest optimisation techniques, and skilled in driving measurable results for clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves testing new strategies, documenting best practices, and guiding clients to achieve higher ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and optimisation strategies; apply new initiatives to client campaigns.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and playbooks to document tested optimisation methods.
- Communicate with clients to explain campaign strategies, performance, and optimisation steps in a clear, professional manner.
- Review client landing pages and provide actionable recommendations for better conversions.
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and next steps.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns regularly to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring minimal wasted spend while maximising results.
- Collaborate with SEO and web development teams when campaigns require landing page improvements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Proven track record managing campaigns with significant monthly ad spend.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4 for conversion tracking.
- Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
- Understanding of landing page optimisation and CRO principles.
- Google Ads certification (Search/Display/Video) preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
Performance KPIs
- Consistent month-on-month improvement in CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Reduced wasted spend through negative keyword management and audience refinement.
- Number of SOPs/playbooks created from new initiatives.
- Positive client feedback and retention.
- Achievement of target ROI/ROAS.
