Role
We are looking for a
Google Ads Specialist
on a consultancy based to audit, optimise, and scale our existing paid search campaigns across Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience managing multi-market Google Ads accounts, and the ability to translate insights into performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Account Audit & Optimisation
Conduct a full-funnel audit of our current Google Ads account setup, campaign structure, ad groups, and conversion tracking.
Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and keyword cannibalisation across campaigns.
Optimise campaign settings, bidding strategies, and ad scheduling for cost efficiency and conversion performance.
Evaluate and improve:
Search Terms & Keywords: Pause low-performing terms, expand high-intent ones.
Ad Copy & Extensions: Improve CTR through A/B testing and alignment with landing page messaging.
Landing Page Alignment: Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent message match and conversion flow.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and MASQL conversions.
Perform weekly and monthly performance reviews to identify trends, cost anomalies, and optimisation opportunities.
Work with the CRM and analytics team to attribute leads accurately from Google Ads through to closed-won conversions in HubSpot/GA4.
Campaign Experimentation & Scaling
Develop and test new campaign hypotheses based on data insights (e.g., daily 1–5% bid adjustments, new audience segments, ad rotation testing).
Create and manage remarketing campaigns via Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Scale high-performing campaigns through budget reallocation and audience expansion.
Align campaigns with ongoing content and SEO initiatives for a cohesive acquisition strategy.
Cross-Channel & Strategic Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content, CRM, design) to ensure landing pages and messaging align with paid search goals.
Provide insights that inform organic keyword strategies and retargeting funnels.
Support leadership in forecasting spend and lead volume against monthly MASQL and CAC targets.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing
Google Ads accounts
(Search, Display, and Performance Max) with budgets across multiple markets. - Strong understanding of
conversion tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation
(GA4 + HubSpot experience preferred). - Proficiency in
keyword research, bid strategy optimisation, and ad testing
methodologies. - Analytical thinker with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with
remarketing, lead generation funnels, and B2B performance marketing. - Certification in
Google Ads Search
or
Google Analytics
is a plus.
