Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Level 2 Support)

Location: Putrajaya

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our client team and support their mission-critical public cloud environments. If you have hands-on experience with AWS or Azure and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of cloud-based systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures for cloud environments.

Coordinate, schedule, and execute periodic patching of Operating Systems and AWS PaaS services.

Support scheduled maintenance and application deployments, including occasional weekends or after-office hours.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

Experience in designing and supporting production cloud environments.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Added Advantages

Experience with Windows/Linux Operating Systems Administration.

Scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).

Proficiency in Chinese (spoken).

AWS or Azure certifications.
