Key Responsibilities:

  1. All admin duties such as handling filings and project administrations.
  2. Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed & recorded in a timely manner.
  3. Assist in sourcing of product/ material as well as pricing.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence & project drawings.
  5. To liaise with local authorities, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers & insurance companies in related to the project issues
  6. Preparation & compilation of contract award to contractors, sub-contractors & etc. Coordination of arranging documents for signing
  7. Assist in Defect Rectification submission by purchasers and tracking of rectification timeline and completion.
  8. To apply & attending the queries/quarterly reports to various departments such as CIDB/DOSH/JPPH/NAPIC within the stipulated period
  9. Responsible for the human resources activities of company including of the procession of recruiting staffs by screening through the candidates, arrangement of interview session, preparing the letter of offer, letter of appointment, letter of confirmation & all HR related job
  10. To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required by Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial courses or Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least more than 3 years of working experience in the same or similar role. Experience in the construction/ building/ consulting/ property development industry will have an added advantage
  • Intermediate level in the use of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
  • Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
