Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with purchases
  • Identify customers' needs and recommend products/services
  • Promote products to customers
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Keep shelves fully stocked and product information updated
  • Receive and organize new product deliveries
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Friendly, confident, and engaging personality
  • Required languages: English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willing to work at NITORI My Town
  • Able to start working on 4rd Novemeber 2025

Available Positions

1 Sales Associate (Full-Time) – RM2,000/month

2 Sales Associate (Part-Time) – RM10/hour

Benefits (Full-Time only)

  • Bonus twice per year
