Job Overview:

MIZUHADA GROUP MLS SDN. BHD.
is looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to support our expanding sales operations across both online and offline channels. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual passionate about the skincare industry. The Junior Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting in store setup, price optimization, campaign planning, and stock monitoring to ensure smooth sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:Online Sales Support:

  • Set up and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
  • Ensure accurate pricing and promotional updates.
  • Coordinate with online marketplaces to manage campaigns and drive sales performance.
  • Monitor and optimize product details, images, and descriptions to maximize visibility and conversion.

Offline Sales Support:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining in-store displays at Watsons and other retail partners.
  • Plan and monitor offline activation campaigns and in-store promotions.
  • Work closely with retail partners to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with merchandisers to ensure the product placement and activities are aligned as planned
  • Plan and execute monthly activities to promote brand/ products

Stock & Reporting:

  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Track sales performance and assist in reporting and account reconciliation.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for sales growth based on collected data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or retail operations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and retail sales operations is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
