• Handle guest complaint


• Assist in guest request ( in the aspect of F&B service, front office and butler service)

Job requirement


• Minimum SPM


• Preferably with those posses of Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration or Marketing
• Preferably with working experience in the customer service industry
• Good command of English and pleasant personality
