Job Summary:
- A proactive and customer-focused Executive to join our Client Relationship & Communication team. The role involves managing client interactions, ensuring timely communication, assisting in addressing client requirements, and supporting internal coordination to deliver superior service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues, implement requests, and deliver response within agreed timelines.
- Draft and review client communications and service updates.
- Maintain and update client queries, status trackers.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, or review sessions and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Track client feedback and service satisfaction; escalate issues when needed.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must be able to work in KL.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
