We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator who is responsible for leading the
ideation
,
creation
, and
execution
of high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms — including social media, website, campaigns, and ads. This role combines strategic storytelling with hands-on production (photo, video, copywriting) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Job location: Kawasan Perindustrian Desa Aman (close to Bandar Sri Damansara)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Conceptualize creative campaigns, storytelling angles, and social media series that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay updated on digital and social media trends, especially within parenting, kids, and lifestyle categories (if relevant).

2. Content Production

  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content (Reels, TikToks, product videos, etc.).
  • Write compelling captions and video hooks.

3. Campaign Execution

  • Manage
    end-to-end
    content production for marketing campaigns (from concept to publishing).
  • Ensure content aligns with campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion).

4. Brand Voice & Consistency

  • Maintain a cohesive brand tone and visual language across all platforms.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand values, product positioning, and audience insights.

5. Content Optimization & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report content performance (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.).
  • Use data insights to refine future content direction and improve ROI.
  • A/B test different content formats and hooks to enhance audience response.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative storytelling roles.
  • Proven portfolio of high-performing content (social media campaigns, videos, etc.).

Skills

  • Strong creative direction and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual communication abilities.
  • Proficient in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Skilled in short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Understanding of content analytics, SEO basics, and social media algorithms.
  • Photography and videography experience preferred.
