The Guest Service Officer is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing efficient, courteous, and professional service. This role ensures smooth check-in/check-out procedures, handles guest inquiries, resolves issues promptly, and upholds the hotel's service standards at all times.

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions in the property management system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Uphold hotel policies, safety, and security procedures at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Guest Service Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in hospitality preferred
  • Prior front office or customer service experience advantageous
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
