About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Production Supervisor for Clean Room production to join our team at Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd in Kamunting, Perak. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our medical devices. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic, collaborative work environment and opportunities for career growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
  2. Monitoring and optimising production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality
  3. Identifying and addressing any production issues or bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to mitigate them
  4. Providing hands-on training and support to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  5. Collaborating with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to ensure smooth and seamless operations
  6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities
  7. Reporting on production performance and making recommendations for process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or medical device industry or semiconductor industry.
  2. Strong technical understanding of production processes and manufacturing equipment
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a good grasp of relevant software tools
  6. A team player with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
