Technician (Clean Room)

About the role

This is a full-time Technician (Clean Room) role at Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd, based in Kamunting, Perak. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the clean room environment, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Monitoring and maintaining the air quality, temperature, and humidity levels in the clean room
2. Performing regular cleaning and sterilization procedures to keep the clean room environment compliant
3. Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal performance
4. Documenting all activities and maintaining detailed records as per standard operating procedures
5. Collaborating with the production team to resolve any clean room-related issues
6. Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the clean room

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Degree in a relevant Mechanical or Electronic/Electrical field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clean room environment, preferably in the medical device or semiconductor industry
3. Strong understanding of clean room protocols, including air quality monitoring, sterilization, and contamination control
4. Proficient in the use of clean room equipment and tools
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
