ABOUT THE ROLE


•Responsible for answering and responding effectively to all enquiries on Hotel reservations in a knowledgeable, courteous and prompt manner

Responsible for handling all guest room reservation activities efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize hotel revenue and ensure guest satisfaction.


•Understand Revenue management strategies, up-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue.


•Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure a smooth operation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES


•Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records.


•Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language – ability to speak other foreign languages will be an added advantage.


•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)


•Good communication & customer contact skills. Self-motivated and energetic.
