  • Under general supervision, following instructions and procedures, performs moderate detailing, redrawing, lettering, and tracing of drawings on components, assemblies, and engineering change orders.
  • Incumbent works from data such as previous drawings, layouts, detailed sketches, notes, verbal instructions, and standard references directed by engineers.
  • Performs drafting duties by operating Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment such as digitizers, plotters, CRT's, and associated peripheral equipment and software.
  • The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with CAD experience is required.
  • Candidates must be familiar with CAD software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, CREO, and others.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is important.
  • A strong technical understanding and effective communication skills in English are essential.
  • Candidates should have good experience in tool design, solid project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Teamwork ability, a positive attitude, and effective time management are also important traits.
  • Individuals who are comfortable speaking in front of groups and have training experience will be favored.
