Job Description

We at Koperasi Guru-Guru Ugama Kelantan Berhad are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Marketing Intern to join us. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales activities, marketing campaigns, and our customer engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the company's social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content such as photos, videos, and captions.
  • Design promotional materials using creative tools like Canva, CapCut, and other relevant applications.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and stay updated on current media trends.
  • Help organize promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
  • Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic reports on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure consistent and effective branding across all materials.
  • Engage professionally with customers through both online and offline channels to enhance brand presence.
  • Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Team

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital media.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other similar platforms.
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
