Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing activities for two core business areas — Sublimation Apparel and Credit Services. You will play a key role in developing promotional content, managing social media, assisting in campaign planning, and supporting sales activities to build brand awareness and attract new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Manage and update the cooperative's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create posters, brochures, and promotional materials for sublimation apparel and credit services.
  • Support sales activities, including responding to inquiries and coordinating with potential customers.
  • Conduct simple market research to identify target audiences and trends.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas to promote cooperative products and services.
  • Help monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva / Adobe Illustrator) are an advantage.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and current trends.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Internship duration: 3–6 months.
