WE'RE HIRING: ESL TEACHERS (Full-Time) | ATLAS ACADEMY, KLCC

Atlas Academy is a newly established English language centre located in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, teaching students from Korea, China, Arab countries, and Russia. Located in the heart of KLCC, Atlas Academy offers high-quality English programs for international students.

We focus on interactive learning, global perspectives, and a friendly, professional teaching environment.

We're looking for passionate ESL teachers who can inspire students and create dynamic, engaging learning experiences.

Position: ESL Teacher

Location: KLCC, Kuala Lumpur

Start Date: December 2025 / January 2026

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (based on qualifications & experience)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, TESL, or Early Childhood Education (other majors accepted with relevant experience)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in an international school
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English
  • Neutral English accent is a must (no strong regional accent)
  • Strong classroom management & communication skills
  • Passionate about teaching & continuous professional growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • TESOL / TEFL / PGCE / Bachelor's in Education (advantage)
  • Experience teaching teenagers or adults
  • Familiar with modern ESL methodologies
  • Able to teach students of varying English proficiency levels
  • Familiarity with international school curricula is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Korean, Chinese, Arabic, or Russian is a plus
