We're growing our technical team and are on the lookout for a Senior M&E Engineer who's passionate about delivering quality, efficiency, and sustainable water solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) design, coordination, and implementation of infrastructure projects.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, design specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project standards and requirements.
  • Supervise site installation, testing & commissioning of M&E systems.
  • Prepare tender documents, technical submissions, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
  • Provide technical support and mentor junior engineers to drive continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (recognized by BEM).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in water supply, pipeline, or utility projects.
  • Proven experience in design coordination, project management, and site supervision.
  • Familiarity with water treatment systems, pumping stations, pipeline installations, or NRW projects is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

Added Advantage

  • Experience in water and waste water industry projects (treatment plants, reservoirs, reticulation systems, etc.).
  • Familiarity with renewable or energy-efficient water systems.
  • Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or pursuing Professional Engineer (Ir.) status.
