Position: Quality System Engineer

Location: Penang

Full-time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as document controller to control ISO related document and related engineering documentation such as BOM, drawing, etc.
  • Assist in maintenance of quality systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, as well as the supervision and management during the system implementation process.
  • Take charge of the compilation/revision and training of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 system documents
  • Compile of environmental hazardous information data for end customer eg. Reach & RoHS

Required Education, Experience and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in English.
  • Preference will be given to those with document controller work experience
  • Preference will be given to those with system work experience (ISO9001).
  • Those with internal auditor qualification certificates will be preferred.
  • Have an understanding of the ISO document control management process and strong data - organizing ability.
  • Be proficient in using office software, improve the company's document control and filing system, and supervise the implementation of related work.
