Full job description:-

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances, ensuring fair and consistent handling.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
  • Help ensure that employee compensation is competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Payroll Administration:

  • Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Calculate wages, benefits, bonuses, overtime, and deductions (taxes, insurance, pension contributions).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Produce year-end tax documents (e.g., EA Form, payslip) for employees.

Employee Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
  • Update payroll records with new hires, terminations, promotions, and pay adjustments.
  • Process payroll-related changes, such as changes in employee benefits or salary increases.

Tax and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations related to payroll.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports to the relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants for audits and tax compliance.

Issue Resolution:

  • Address any payroll-related inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by researching and reconciling errors

Requirements:-

-Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business administration or its equivalent.

-Experience in Human Resource Management at least 1 to 2 years.

-Experience in payroll spectrum is an advantage.

-Computer literate.

-Familiar with systems such as HR2000 is an advantage.

-Attention to details and problem-solving skills.

-Have experience to handle payroll
