The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, and compliance. The role drives HR strategies, supports business growth, builds a positive company culture, and leads employee development initiatives while also managing the administration department and supporting new store openings.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition.
  2. Lead manpower planning, staff training, and all HR-related matters.
  3. Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
  4. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  5. Foster a positive, inclusive company culture that enhances employee engagement and retention.
  6. Guide KPI development and manage performance evaluation processes.
  7. Plan and execute staff development, improvement initiatives, and succession planning.
  8. Review, update, and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks in line with current legislation and best practices.
  9. Ensure full compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  10. Manage payroll processes for all company employees.
  11. Oversee the administration department and its related operational functions.
  12. Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs in customer service, operations, safety, and leadership.
  13. Support new store openings by managing HR and training requirements.
  14. Monitor training effectiveness and track employee development progress.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR management or leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and people management skills.
  5. Must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor (nearby Setia Alam).
