Location: Plaza DNP, Johor Bahru

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to join our dynamic accounts team If you have a passion for accounting, a keen eye for detail, and experience in managing full sets of accounts, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full set of accounts for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, statutory financial statements, and support the audit process.
  • Perform daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounting records using our in-house system.
  • Support the implementation and effectiveness of the ISO Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Assist the Financial Controller with ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Hands-on experience with full-set accounting and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Autocount, SQL, SAP, Xero, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
