Pre-Sales Technical

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and solution architect the

end to end OT security solutions.

Work closely with clients to gather requirements, be the solution architect, and prepare proposal.

Attend customer meetings with the sales team as a technical expert, delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations.

Design enterprise OT/IT security architectures aligned with industry best practices and client needs.

Provide consultative guidance on OT/IT security solutions, products, and architectures.

Supporting the cross-selling solution of Hitachi Sunway across business units, mainly on infrastructure and security solutions.

Prepare high-quality, strategic solution proposals, technical documentation, and presentation materials.

Engage and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, vendors, and principals to ensure solution viability and business development support.

Lead the completion of technical sections in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

10.    Able to provide and support OT assessment and documentation.

11.    Manage and execute product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot deployments in collaboration with principal or distributor.  Ensure a successful POC testing and produce report.

12.    Produce all necessary documentation (if required and been assigned on project).

13.    Required to achieve all necessary certifications that needed as a Pre-sales.

14.    Having good relationship with team and working partners.

15.    Creates business growth for OT security business for company.

16.    Meet the OT security and cross selling target sales for fiscal year.

17.    Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior and management.

Project Deliveries & Project Management

  1. Required to skill up and able to perform project implementation for OT related solutions for project.
  2. Able to collaborate with principal, distributor or outsourcing partners on sizable project.
  3. Conduct OT training to customer (if required) – noncertified.
  4. Project Management (if required).
  5. Able to creates great customer experiences and use cases with team.
  6. Collaborate with business partners and others business units team members for a successful project implementation.

Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior and management.
