Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position (12 months contract, December December 2026) based in Tanjung Langsat, Johor for a Site Engineer / Inspector of Work (Civil, Structural & Architectural) of a factory construction. The role involves overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, and liaising with contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Responsibilities also include coordinating communication with project teams and stakeholders, inspecting work progress, and resolving any arising issues during the construction phases.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering.
  • Experience with on-site construction supervision and Quality Control processes.
  • Strong Communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations in civil and structural engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for engineering analysis and design is advantageous.
