Key Responsibilities and Experience:

  • Proven experience with Stress Stimulus and LoadRunner tools for performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience using Stress Stimulus within the past few years.
  • Primary focus on performance testing activities, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, processes, and best practices for successful test execution.
  • Skilled in performance monitoring across diverse technologies and environments.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing, planning, and architecting performance test strategies for various applications.
  • Analyze and document performance issues, defects, and root causes; report and track defects to closure.
  • Interpret test results to derive actionable insights and collaborate with project teams and system engineers to resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of performance testing projects within scope and budget.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders, while driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise, capable of isolating complex issues through discussions, test recommendations, and practical experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9, RM10,000.00 per month
