Your Responsibilities:

Recruitment Focus (70%)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Recruitment positions are mainly Digital & E-commerce and sales personnel.
  • Channel Development & Management: Build, maintain, and optimize recruitment channels including external job boards, internal referrals, headhunting, and social networks. Regularly assess and improve the effectiveness of these channels.
  • Continuous Process Optimization: Review and iterate recruitment processes for efficiency, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition while meeting company growth objectives.

HRBP support (30%)

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries (onboarding, policies, ER issues).
  • Assist in performance management, engagement initiatives, employee relations
  • Maintain HR data and generate reports for local compliance.
  • Other tasks assigned by HR department and superiors.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or Above: A full-time degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English and Malay; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.
  • 3–6 years' HR experience with proven recruitment success (agency/corporate).
  • Strong negotiation skills (offers, vendor contracts) and stakeholder management.
  • Outgoing personality: enjoys building relationships with candidates/employees.
