Key Responsibilities1. Quotation & Proposal Management

  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure accuracy of technical details.
  • Track pending quotations and follow up with clients.

2. Contract Coordination

  • Coordinate new contract executions with relevant internal teams.
  • Handle contract closure processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

3. Client Communication & Support

  • Handle client questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure timely updates to clients on ongoing matters.

4. Sales & Business Support

  • Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and supporting documents.
  • Provide administrative support to sales and business development teams.
  • Track sales progress and update reports when needed.

5. Coordination & Administration

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support management in any other business coordination tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years experience as Business Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,250.00 per month
