Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, accurate delivery of HR Payroll services that meet SLAs, comply with relevant country-specific employment laws, and adhere to internal policies.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize resources, automate workflows, and streamline HR Payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver responsive, customer-focused HR solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot data or process issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain service standards.
  • Lead knowledge management initiatives by capturing best practices and promoting continuous learning within the team.
  • Mentor and guide Team Leads to build a high-performing, empowered HR support team.
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc projects and provide subject matter expertise when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular service reviews and issue resolution.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and offer backup support to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Partner with the department head on workforce planning, talent development, and recruitment to support long-term operational success.

Requirements

  • A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3 - 5 year of working exposure or experience in payroll or experience in a similar role will have an advantage - HR Generalist/ HR Services/ HR
  • Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage.
