Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for overseeing HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment,

performance management, and benefit administration

2) Employee Relations: HR Specialist will provide guidance and support to employees on a

variety of HR Related issues, such as employee relations, policies and procedures, and performance management.

4) Training and development: Develop training and implement training programs to enhance

the skills and knowledge of the bakery employees

5) Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including design setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any

performance-related issues (KPI & OKR)

6) Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration by understand the company

budget, including enrolling employees in benefits programs, updating records and responding to employee inquiries

7) Reporting: Produce and submit reports on HR-related activities, including employee

relations, recruitment, training and development

8) Strategy Development: HR Specialist will work with senior management to develop and

implement HR Strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

9) Conduct analysis of HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to superior

10) Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR initiatives and policies, resolving conflict.

Job Requirements:
1) Academic: Professional HR Qualification (Short Course)

3) Preferred Working Experience: Preferred to someone who have experience working in F&B / Retail / Hotel or equivalent

4) Language Skills: Proficiency with English and Malay in communication and

writing. Able to communicate in Chinese would be advantage.

5) Writing and Computer Skill: Able to perform required documentation and report

using Microsoft.
