Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operations Executive to manage and oversee our Sabah warehouse operations. This role is open to Sabah-based candidates or Kuala Lumpur-based candidates who are willing to relocate and stay in Sabah. The successful candidate will be responsible for warehouse facilities, daily operations, inventory control, and basic renovation or improvement works to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Facilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations in Sabah
  • Ensure warehouse facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe
  • Oversee general upkeep including:
  • Grass cutting and outdoor cleanliness
  • Basic facility improvements and arrangements
  • Coordination of minor renovation or upgrade works

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Record all inventory stock-in and stock-out accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records and documentation
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of warehouse items

Renovation & Improvement Coordination

  • Coordinate small-scale renovation or improvement projects
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, or workers for:
  • Facility upgrades
  • Warehouse layout adjustments
  • Installation of additional facilities when required
  • Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on time

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with KL head office on inventory, operations, and reporting
  • Prepare simple operational and inventory reports
  • Escalate operational or facility issues promptly

Requirements

  • Open to Sabah-based candidates or KL-based candidates willing to relocate to Sabah
  • Willing to stay in Sabah long-term
  • Experience in warehouse operations, facilities management, or inventory control is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of stock recording and documentation
  • Able to handle hands-on tasks and manage on-site activities
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a valid driving license
