Job Overview:

The Warehouse Executive will oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient coordination between departments and stakeholders. This role includes managing warehouse systems, handling inventory, leading the warehouse team, organizing delivery routes, and coordinating container logistics. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, have experience in warehouse operations, and be familiar with inventory management systems.

Job Description:

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between departments, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.

System Management

  • Maintain and update warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate tracking of stock and orders.
  • Ensure proper documentation and data entry for inventory and shipments.

Inventory Handling

  • Supervise picking, packing, and movement of goods with high accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels and support regular inventory checks and cycle counts.

Leadership

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to meet performance targets.

Route & Delivery Planning

  • Plan and arrange delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with drivers and third-party logistics partners for smooth distribution.

Container & Shipment Coordination

  • Manage incoming and outgoing containers, including customs documentation and scheduling.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers for timely container movement.

Qualifications & experience

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Diploma in any field Minimum SPM/STPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Able to written spoken in Mandarin, English & BM. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for communication with vendors and coordination within a multilingual team.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock when required.
