Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Team in basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks which including data entry, filing, maintain and update accounts records.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accounting filing system both digital and physical.
  • Prepare financial reports and record transactions.
  • Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Perform general administrative task given by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification, or, 2 years experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Great communication skill.
  • Detail-oriented.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in using accounting software (e.g. AutoCount)

Job Type : Full Time, 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)

Location : Lot 1903A, Ground Floor, Jalan KPB 7 Kawasan Perindustrian Kg Baru Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
