Roles and Responsibilities

  • Correspond with the sales team regarding orders and dealer communications to ensure smooth processing.
  • Process sales orders accurately and timely.
  • Prepare invoicing and delivery orders for local sales.
  • Assist in stock checking and generate detailed inventory reports.
  • Handle local sales invoicing and coordinate related activities to facilitate efficient order fulfilment.
  • Export Sales Support in Labels and Barcodes Printing.
  • Coordinate sample requests for the sales support team.

Competencies Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O" Level in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Working Days : 5.5days (Alternate)
