Richfield Tropical Juice Bar is looking for experienced and responsible individuals to join our NON-ALCOHOLIC beverage bar.

We serve fresh juices, smoothies, and non-alcoholic mocktails only — making this a Muslim-friendly working environment.

Applicants must have prior experience in beverage preparation, café, F&B, or bar-style drink making.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare non-alcoholic mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks

  • Operate professional bar equipment (blenders, juicers, prep tools)

  • Perform daily fruit prep: cutting, storing, handling ingredients hygienically

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment

  • Take customer orders, operate POS system

  • Follow SOPs for opening, operating, and closing the bar

  • Assist in inventory, stock rotation, and receiving supplies

  • Support smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements

  • Experience is a MUST

(barista, juice bar, café, F&B, or drink preparation experience required)

  • Malaysian citizen

  • Muslim and non-Muslim applicants are welcome

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety

  • Positive working attitude and responsibility
