Job description:

  • Conceptualize and develop creative visuals based on project requirements.
  • Design and produce digital assets such as images, textual animations and video animations
  • Collaborate with the marketing & procurement team to develop innovative content ideas and execute effective campaigns
  • Preparing print-ready files that are compatible with various printing methods and able to communicate with the service provider
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design projects and marketing campaigns
  • Communicated with third-party vendors to secure quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure production deadlines were met for respective creative projects
  • Receptive and able to adapt to different requirements needed by different event themes
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital assets, including website graphics and layouts
  • Able to handle multiple projects with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in design or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably possess own transport and willingness to travel when necessary.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisement, and multimedia design.
  • Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication and networking abilities, adaptability, strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and creativity.
  • Excel in adapting artwork to various materials, including mailers, standees, counter tops, name cards and other final products.
