The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of our growth. You'll connect with SMEs, retailers, F&B operators, and service-based businesses to introduce them to our digital loyalty solutions — helping them increase repeat sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

You're not just selling a product, you're empowering local businesses to go digital and stay competitive in a fast-changing world.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage new business prospects through calls, meetings, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into potential clients.
  • Build a solid sales pipeline and maintain consistent outreach.

2. Client Engagement & Presentation

  • Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals.
  • Conduct product demos and showcase how FoneRewards can add measurable value.
  • Prepare customized proposals and close deals with confidence.

3. Relationship Management

  • Nurture strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

4. Sales Reporting & Strategy

  • Track progress using CRM tools and share insights for improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to help shape our future sales and product strategies.
