Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and high-end beauty device demonstrations tailored to customers' needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and recommend suitable products and routines to drive sales.
  • Encourage hands-on product experiences to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Utilize customer data to offer personalized follow-ups and build long-term beauty care relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Achievement

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retail & Training and team members to achieve overall store sales goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling complementary products to elevate customer experience and increase revenue.

Product Knowledge

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of beauty devices, skincare, and wellness products available in-store.
  • Stay updated on new product releases, emerging technologies, and brand stories to enhance consultations.

Inventory Assistance

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Head of Retail & Training.

Store Operations

  • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation before, during, and after operating hours.
  • Ensure all product displays are in good condition; replace broken testers or damaged stock and report accordingly.
  • Complete daily checklists and ensure operational areas are well-maintained throughout the day.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Previous experience in beauty retail, skincare advisory, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of skincare and beauty devices is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead by example and support junior team members' development.
  • Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum secondary education level.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver outstanding service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
