Responsibilities:


• Manage overall accounting functions, including clients' accounts, SST filing, and e-invoicing


• Handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing and staff claims


• Perform general administrative duties and assist with daily accounting tasks


• Liaise with vendors, clients, and external parties


• Report directly to the Managing Director


• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:


• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field


• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role


• Experience working with XERO and AutoCount will be an added advantage


• Must be able to handle SST filing and e-invoicing


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)


• Good organizational and multitasking skills


• Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to meet deadlines


• Able to work independently and as part of a team


• Good communication and interpersonal skills
