Job description:

We are a local company with 22 years of experience being one of the Industry expert in providing total environmental solutions. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, FA Register & Payroll)
  • Handle daily e-invoicing to customers
  • Handle weekly petty cash disbursement
  • Handle bank reconciliation
  • Handle customer collections & supplier payment
  • SST submission & payment
  • Prepare monthly reports for Sales Meeting
  • Prepare month-end account closing
  • Annual audit document preparation
  • Local authority submissions.
  • Assist in HR & admin related matters.

Other accounts-related tasks

  • Handle other accounts-related tasks from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 3 - 5 years working experiences
  • Candidate must possess Degree in Accounting
  • Strong knowledge in Bukku accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communications skill (speak & written)
  • Quick learning, detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills
  • Willing to learn and team player attitude
  • Language: Chinese (preferred), English & Malay.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm
  • Saturday (alternate): 8.30am pm

Pay: RM5, RM5,500.00 per month
