Sales Admin Executive

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service? Our dynamic flooring and wall paneling company is looking for a talented Sales Admin to join our team In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Sales Administration:
- Act as the point of contact between the sales executives and internal / external clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including receiving orders, preparing delivery orders, invoicing, and following up on payments.
- Maintain and update sales records, client accounts, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for stock availability and shipment scheduling.
Customer Support
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
- Provide professional and friendly assistance to resolve any issues.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Regularly recommend suitable products or materials to match client requirements.
Team Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
- Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, administrative supports and delivery arrangements.
- Support internal sales team / external agents by providing related information.
Administrative Duties
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
What we're looking for
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Computer literate, familiar SQL & MS Office : Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
