Admin & Operation Executive

Working location: Centroz, Puchong
As an Admin Operations Executive , you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our day-to-day operations. Your duties will include:
* Processing and packing orders for shipment.
* Handling administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and data entry.
* Tracking and managing inventory levels.
* Uploading and managing products on our sales portal
* Arranging courier services for shipments.
* Responding to customer inquiries via instant messaging and email.
Key Responsibilities:
* Punctuality: Consistently arriving on time for work.
* Task Completion: Accurately completing assigned tasks.
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, especially in data entry and inventory management.
* Time Management: Effectively managing time to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
* Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to orders, inventory, or logistics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
