Key Responsibilities岗位职责

  • Assist Project Manager in coordinating, arranging, and convening project meetings, and record and follow up meeting minutes with subcontractors.
  • Monitor project milestones and track procurement process (from PR to PO to GR).
  • Monitor weekly project reporting and assist in following up with issue owners.
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing, uploading, and archiving project documents in the system.
  • Track document approval processes and follow up to ensure timely processing and status updates.
  • Maintain document version control and regularly update file versions in the system.
  • Prepare project progress reports, organize meeting minutes, and upload for archiving.
  • Coordinate document circulation among project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and document control.
  • Track and check billing supporting documents from the project team.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills across civil, mechanical, electrical, and IT disciplines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and rapid decision-making skills within complex project environments.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience to guide multidisciplinary teams toward project success.

  • 跟踪文件审批流程,确保各部门及时处理并更新状态。
  • 维护文件版本控制,定期检查并更新系统内文件版本。
  • 准备项目进度报告,整理会议记录并上传存档。
  • 协调项目团队间的文件传递,确保文件及时准确流转。
  • 管理并维护项目相关文件、文档控制与归档。
  • 跟踪、审核项目团队提交的账单支持文件。
  • 具备跨部门协调能力,可与土建、机电、电气、IT 等不同专业团队进行有效沟通。
  • 优秀的问题解决能力,能在复杂项目环境中快速做出决策。
  • 拥有一定的领导力与团队管理经验,可引导多学科团队实现项目目标。
  • 客户导向,具有良好的人际交往与沟通表达能力。

Job Requirements|职位要求

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Engineering Management or related fields.
  • 1+ years of experience in project control, engineering documentation, or project implementation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Good communication skills with strong follow-up awareness.
  • Familiar with project control/project management processes and functions.
  • Experience with project control systems such as ISDP is an advantage.
  • Candidates with proven high performance, strategic thinking, and growth potential are preferred.

  • Familiarity with global data center standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, TIA-942) is a plus.
