Job Description

Our Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives focused on process automation and efficiency improvement. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that reduce administrative overhead for our Project Managers, ultimately enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and analyzing existing administrative processes within the PMO and project management functions.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to streamline routine tasks (e.g., reporting, data collection, resource tracking).
• Contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of new tools or technologies that can enhance PMO efficiency.
• Work closely with Project Managers to gather requirements and feedback for automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for new processes and automated tools.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance of developed solutions.
• Provide general IT support to the PMO as needed.
• Present findings and progress to the PMO team and stakeholders.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA) for automation purposes.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Slides, Google Spreadsheet) is a plus
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to join on October or November 2025
