Role Summary:
To operationalize project governance, monitor project performance (schedule, budget), and ensure high-quality reporting and compliance across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage project governance and reporting standards.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and financials to highlight variances.
- Maintain central project tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze reports for management and stakeholders.
- Support resource and capacity planning.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project).
- Experience in project financials & budgeting (capex/opex).
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Must be Malaysian and able to join within 30 days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
