Regional Sales Manager

Job Descriptions:
- Manage nationwide dealership operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
- Conduct monthly dealer visits to evaluate performance, provide support, and strengthen dealer relationships.
- Perform daily reporting and review dealership activities against KPIs to track progress and identify issues.
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual retail sales targets through strategic planning and dealer collaboration.
- Ensure dealerships meet sales satisfaction index targets, focusing on enhancing customer experience.
- Act as the key liaison between dealers and headquarters to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor dealer performance systematically on daily and monthly bases, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Coach and guide dealership teams on sales operations, process improvements, and customer engagement.
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis to inform operational strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare management reports on dealership performance, market trends, and operational insights for senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operation or a related role, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
- Experience with EV technologies, automotive sales channels, and market dynamics is a plus.
- Strong data analysis, presentation skills and reporting skills with a focus on driving actionable insights.
