Job Description:

  • Guarantee that all digital and physical records are organized and retained in strict compliance with company policies and regulatory mandates.
  • Maintain the documentation control framework, focusing on accurate labeling, secure retention, and accessibility.
  • Drive the creation and upkeep of constantly improving procedures for document control and data management.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout all organizational systems.
  • Coordinate internal teams to facilitate efficient data transfer and guarantee the proper management of confidential information.
  • Handle all information with strict adherence to data protection policies to guarantee confidentiality.
  • Create and optimize data control processes, recommending system enhancements for better documentation and record-keeping.
  • Undertake other duties and perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data management, document control, or administrative support.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of data protection principles and records management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,000

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
